Under the Contacts tab, you can create the contacts that you, later on, want to use during your send-out process. You can read more about how to get started with contacts here. You are also able to export the existing contacts by marking which documents you want to download.
At the bottom of this article, you can download an example file to get started.
Bulk upload
If you have a lot of contacts in some external system or perhaps in a Google sheet, you can easily choose to upload your entire contact list through a simple CSV upload.
To map the fields on the Contacts, we recommend that you structure your CSV file using the following columns:
firstName*
lastName*
companyName
companyNumber
title
phone
mobile*
email*
thumbUrl
note
Please note:
That only the fields marked with a * are mandatory so you do not have to fill in all fields if they don't apply.
The * should not be added to the column.
The format should look like this:
Also be aware that the format of the name in the columns needs to be in the format listed above, eg firstName instead of firstname or FirstName. Only the format listed above is supported. You also need to use a , as separator.
When you are done with your file, you need to save it in the format
Comma Separated Values (.csv)

How to bulk download
If you have created a lot of contacts in Get Accept that you later want to download and perhaps upload in a separate entity, you can do this easily from the Contacts tab.
If you want to bulk download your contacts, you can do that in Reports.
