AI Contract Management

Use AI Contract Management to extract key contract data automatically, track renewals and notice periods, and stay on top of contracts that need action.

Contracts contain important dates, values, and obligations. AI Contract Management helps you organize those contracts, understand what’s in them, and act at the right time. Instead of digging through PDFs manually, you can quickly see what’s active, what’s ending, and what needs attention.

What AI Contract Management helps you do

AI Contract Management helps you:

  • Extract key contract data automatically

  • Track renewals and notice periods

  • See which contract is currently active

  • Organize contracts with saved views and filters

  • Customize columns so you can focus on the data that matters most to you

  • Understand how reliable each extracted value is with AI confidence scoring

How it works

AI Contract Management processes contracts created in GetAccept as well as contracts uploaded from external sources. Once a contract is processed, key data is extracted and structured so it’s easier to search, review, and act on.

Each extracted field includes a confidence indicator so you can see at a glance which values are reliable and which ones are worth a manual check.

What data AI can extract

AI Contract Management can extract data such as:

  • Company name

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Contract length

  • Renewal period

  • Renewal date

  • Notice period

  • Notice date

  • Contract value

  • Payment terms

Each extracted field includes a confidence score showing how certain the AI is about the value. Fields the AI is less confident about are flagged for review. You can also click any field to jump directly to the relevant passage in the contract where the value was found.

Know what to trust and what to check

When AI extracts data from a contract, it also surfaces how confident it is about each value. High-confidence fields are marked as reliable. Lower-confidence fields are flagged so you can focus your review where it's actually needed, rather than checking everything manually.

Each contract shows an overall confidence score based on its least certain field. In the list view, a confidence score column lets you scan and prioritise across your entire repository at a glance.

Stay ahead of renewals

AI Contract Management helps you quickly see when contracts are up for renewal, so you know when action is required. This makes it easier to renew, upgrade, or renegotiate at the right time.

Never miss a notice deadline

Notice periods can be easy to overlook when they’re buried in contract text. AI Contract Management extracts notice terms and helps you see the deadlines clearly, so you can set reminders and act before the deadline passes.

Always work from the right contract

When a customer relationship includes multiple agreements over time, it can be hard to know which contract is the one that currently applies. AI Contract Management helps you identify which contract is active and group contracts by status, including upcoming, active, expired, or transactional.

Organize contracts the way you work

You can save personal filters and customize your column layout so your contract workspace fits the way you work. This makes it easier to return to the views you use most often and focus on the information that matters for your role.

The confidence score column is available in the list view, making it easy to sort and prioritise contracts by AI certainty when reviewing a large volume at once.

Renewal types

AI Contract Management supports these renewal types:

  • Rolling, renews automatically at the end of each period until one party cancels

  • Fixed, has a defined start and end date and expires unless actively renewed

  • Evergreen, renews indefinitely and typically requires notice before cancellation

  • Transactional, a one-off agreement tied to a specific purchase or exchange

Where to find signed contracts

AI Contract Management is designed for the post-sign contract workflow. Signed contracts are managed in Contract Management, where you can review extracted data, track dates, and manage the contract after signing.
