The GetAccept integration for Lime Go lets you send, track, and manage eSigned documents directly within Lime Go. This guide will go over how to connect your account and start using it.
Before your start
You must be a Lime Go user.
You must have an active GetAccept eSign license. To sign up with a GetAccept account click here.
Each user must connect their own GetAccept account (the integration is user-based).
Note: Other GetAccept plans can also be used, but only eSign features work natively in Lime Go. Professional and Enterprise plan features (like Deal Rooms, Contract management, etc.) require logging into GetAccept separately.
Step 1: Access integration settings in Lime Go
Step 2: Connect to GetAccept
Choose E-sign integration, then click Connect to GetAccept.
You’ll be redirected to the GetAccept login page. Sign in using your GetAccept credentials.
Click Yes to authorize Lime Go to access your GetAccept data
Once connected, you’ll see confirmation that your account is linked, and you can start using the integration.
Note: You must have an active GetAccept eSign license. If you don't have a GetAccept account, click here.
Step 3: Sending a document for eSign
Open a deal in Lime Go.
Go to the Quotations tab.
Create a new quote using a template or by adding fields manually.
When ready, click “Save and send for eSign”.
Select your recipients and hit Send. A PDF of the quote will be generated and sent to the chosen recipients. GetAccept will handle the signing process.
Note: A sent quote cannot be edited or deleted before it is canceled.
Step 4: Track document status
After sending:
The Quotations tab will show status updates automatically (Sent, Viewed, Partially Signed, Signed).
You can also see document activity in the Activity tab, under History.
These updates are synced from GetAccept in real time.
Step 5: Download the signed document
Once all parties have signed, the signed PDF can be downloaded directly from Lime Go. You’ll also find a copy of the document in your GetAccept account.
Managing Connections
You can disconnect your GetAccept account at any time from the same integration settings page (Maximize Go > E-sign integration).
If you wish to reconnect later, simply repeat Step 2.
Common Questions
Do I need the Chrome extension?
No. The Chrome extension has been deprecated and isn’t supported anymore. The new native integration replaces it and gives you a faster, more reliable way to send and track agreements directly inside Lime Go.
Does every user need to connect their account?
Yes. Each user must connect their own GetAccept account once — after that, they can start sending documents through GetAccept right away.
Can I use my GetAccept templates?
Currently, templates are managed within Lime Go. You can create and edit them directly in Lime Go’s quotation editor.
