How to access GetAccept in the integration

  1. When you are in the desktop client you will be able to log in to GetAccept when within a Deal, Company, or a Person.

  2. Here you log in to GetAccept using the same credentials as when you log in to your GetAccept account.

  • Please note:

    If it is the first time using GetAccept within the integration or if some time has passed since it was last used you will need to log in.

    Otherwise, you will remain logged in.

Overview of the integration

  • When you are in a Deal, Company, or a Person you will see the GetAccept integration to the left.

  • Just above the Get Started button, you can access your settings, here you will be able to invite other coworkers to get going with GetAccept, support, log out, and also the option to switch entities.

  • Switch entity can also be done at the bottom simply click where you see Active entity to switch if you have access to more than one entity.

Create a document from the desktop client

  1. To start sending a document, click on Send

  2. Search and add your recipients and choose their role: Signer or CC

    1. (CC= Only view role)

  3. Choose your content:

    1. Upload a file

    2. Use a GetAccept template

    3. Or if you have a document within the current Deal, Company, or Person card you can click on Use file from Lime

  4. If you choose a GetAccept template and it has fields, you will be able to see and edit those in this next step.

  5. Before sending the document you can edit:

    1. Document name

    2. Upload a video

    3. Email subject

    4. Email message

  6. Choose to:

    1. Send smart reminders (automatic reminders)

    2. Send as an SMS

  7. Send options:

    1. Either you can send it directly from your Lime Desktop client by clicking on Send

    2. Choose to Open in GetAccept where you can make more edits and then send it from the GetAccept integration

  8. If it is sent from the integration you can choose to add an internal follow up which will notify you to follow up on the sent document after X days.

How to access merge tags within the LimeCRM Desktop Client

  1. To access and fetch the merge tag to add to your GetAccept template you simply need to start sending a document

  2. When you reach the stage where you can upload a file or use a template or a Lime document you can click on Show template parameters

  3. Here you will see the available parameters

    1. If the Deal, Person, or Company you are currently on has data for the parameter the value will be shown here.

  4. To copy you can manually mark the key and copy it or click on the copy symbol just next to the Key

How to allow a signed document to be sent back to your Lime integration

In order to have your signed document to be sent back and updated within your LimeCRM you need to set up and connect the integration within your settings in GetAccept

  1. Go to settings

  2. Select integrations

  3. Click on settings on the LimeCRM integration

  4. Enter your API key (usually provided by Lime) and the domain. Once you click Save you will see that it says Connected
