Updated over a week ago

LimeCRM Web client

In this guide, we will go over how you can access and use GetAccept within the LimeCRM Web client

When you have logged into your Lime Web client you will first see an overview

How to access the GetAccept integration

  1. You can access the GetAccept Integration by navigating to a Company, Person, or Deal.

In my example I have a deal created, to trigger the GetAccept Integration I simply click on the Deal name and I am good to go!

How to log in to your GetAccept account in the integration

  1. To log in to your GetAccept account, click on Send document

  2. Type in your credentials (the same credentials that you use when logging into GetAccept) and you can begin creating your documents.

  • Please note:

If it is the first time using GetAccept within the integration or if some time has passed since it was last used you will need to log in.

Otherwise, you will remain logged in.

How to create a document

  1. Once you are logged in you can create a document for signing or for tracking

(For tracking: meaning it is a non-signable document)

  2. Start by adding your recipient, you can also toggle on to include co-workers.

  3. Then choose what role they should have:

    1. Signer

    2. Only view

    3. Internal approver

    4. External approver

  4. Once you have added your recipient(s) click on number two or Next in the list above.

  5. Choose a template or a Lime document.

When you are done, click on number three or Next up in the list.

  6. Change the document name, and value and add if you want to include a video to your document. You can also edit and preview the email send-out.

Click on number four or Next in the list above when done.

  7. Here you can see the final summary and then proceed to Send the document by email or Share the document link.

You can also choose Open in GetAccept and proceed with your send-out there.

How to access merge tags

You can double-check which fields are included in a template and related auto-filled data by clicking β€œShow template parameters” under β€œSelect document” within your Lime CRM.

Two-way integration setup - How to allow a signed document to be sent back to your Lime integration
