Send from your own domain with the Private Labelling add-on

What the Private Labelling add-on changes for your recipients, how to get it, and how setup works.

The Private Labelling add-on puts your company’s name, not GetAccept’s, on the emails, text messages and signing pages your recipients see. Emails come from your own domain, and the remaining GetAccept references are removed from the signing experience. This article covers what changes for your recipients, how to get the add-on, and how setup works.

Before you start

  • Plan: the Private Labelling add-on is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. To add it, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.

  • Your domain: decide which email domain you want to send from, for example @yourcompany.com.

  • Access to your DNS settings: during setup, someone with access to your company’s domain settings needs to add a few records. This is usually your IT team.

What changes for your recipients

  • Your own sending domain: emails come from your domain instead of @getaccept.com.

  • Your company name in the sender line: recipients see “via [Your Company]” instead of “via GetAccept”.

  • No GetAccept footer in emails: “Powered by GetAccept” is removed from all emails.

  • Your SMS sender name: text messages show your name instead of GetAccept’s.

  • Fully editable HTML email templates: design your emails to match your brand. See How to create and manage email templates.

  • No GetAccept branding on the signing page: “Powered by GetAccept” is removed.

  • No GetAccept logo on the signing certificate.

  • No GetAccept survey after signing: recipients aren’t asked “Did you enjoy signing with GetAccept?”

The add-on also unlocks the Hide GetAccept branding setting under Settings → Branding. See Advanced branding and customization.

How setup works

GetAccept’s Tech Support team handles the technical configuration. You take care of two steps: choosing the domain and adding the DNS records.

  1. Tell your CSM which email domain you want to send from.

  2. GetAccept’s Tech Support team configures the domain and connects it to your GetAccept account.

  3. Tech Support sends you the DNS records for your domain.

  4. Add the DNS records to your company’s domain settings within 3 days.

  5. Let GetAccept know once the records are added.

  6. GetAccept verifies the records and activates the add-on.

Once it’s active, your GetAccept contracts and rooms are sent from your own domain.

Note: Emails that GetAccept sends to your own colleagues, such as chat notifications, still come from GetAccept’s domain. Only emails to your recipients are sent from your domain.

Troubleshooting

Why are emails still coming from @getaccept.com after setup?
The DNS records usually haven’t been verified yet. Check with your IT team that every record was added exactly as provided, then contact GetAccept Support to verify them again.
