AI-native Deal Rooms

Discover what's included in the upgraded experience for AI-native Digital Sales Rooms

We’re rolling out a new AI-native Deal Room experience to help you create more impactful, customized Digital Sales Rooms with minimal effort.

After extensive testing, our AI-native Deal Rooms are now available for early access. This means admins can opt in to the upgraded experience ahead of the full launch later in 2026.

Admins can activate the new Deal Room experience for their organization by going to Upgrade room experience.

When you opt in, you can choose to upgrade newly created rooms only, or upgrade all rooms including existing ones.

Important: upgrading the experience cannot be reversed to the legacy experience.

New GetAccept customers already receive the upgraded experience by default.

What changes when you opt in?

You can still create and edit rooms manually, use templates and decide what gets published.

The upgraded experience gives you a new way of engaging with the GetAccept editor, as well as more ways to use meetings, transcripts, templates and company knowledge with AI, so you can create and update rooms with more buyer context from the start.

Create rooms from meetings, templates or scratch

When you create a new room, you can start by adding a meeting or transcript. You can also provide additional context through text, URLs or files. For example, you could give additional info about the buyer, describe the goal of the deal or provide specific instructions for what the AI should produce.

AI uses that context to suggest a room that fits the current stage of your deal.

You can also start from an existing template or create a room from scratch. If you use a template, AI can adapt it based on the meeting context instead of replacing the structure your team already created.

This helps you move faster from buyer conversation to buyer-ready room.

Add context during room creation

The AI-native create room step has been redesigned to let you add extra context about the opportunity before the room is generated. Use it to feed in notes from a recent call, the tone or style you want the room to follow, specific pages or sections you want included, or image URLs the AI should use as source material.

For examples, recommended use cases, and best practices, see Add context when creating an AI-native Deal Room.

Get suggested updates as the deal moves forward

When you add a meeting to a new or existing room, AI can review the current room content and suggest what to update, create or add next.

This helps keep the room aligned with the latest buyer conversation, so your Digital Sales Room can keep pace as priorities, stakeholders and next steps change.

Edit rooms with AI

You can now use AI to create and update room content without manually adjusting every detail yourself.

Select a full page, section, element or text block, then type or use voice input to tell AI what you need. AI can help create, restructure, summarize or adapt content using the editor’s available layouts and features.

You can give AI feedback until the room matches what you need for that moment in the deal.

Review changes before you share

You can review changes made by you or AI before publishing them.

AI also summarizes what it changed, what context it used and where it didn’t have enough information. In the editor, you can compare with the previous version, restore old content or make manual edits.

You can also preview the buyer experience before sharing updates, so you know exactly what buyers will see when they enter the room.

Send more relevant room invitations

When you add a meeting, GetAccept can detect and suggest stakeholders to invite to the room.

This is especially useful when your meeting comes from an integration, as the AI can help identify participants' contact details to make the process even smoother.

AI can also draft personalized invitation messages based on the meeting, room content and recipient context. That means the invite can explain why the room is relevant to each stakeholder, instead of starting from a generic message.

Review the message, add your personal touch and send.

Create and manage your Mutual Action Plan with AI

You can ask AI to create a Mutual Action Plan based on the deal context.

As you add new meetings, AI can also suggest new tasks, milestones or updates based on what was discussed.

This helps you keep next steps visible, relevant and connected to the buyer conversation. You stay in control: review suggested changes before adding them to the room.

Work in an upgraded room layout

The upgraded layout gives your shared content more space and makes the room easier to navigate.

Menus and actions now adapt based on what you’re working on, so key options are easier to find. The buyer experience is also designed to work perfectly across different screen sizes, whether your buyer is reviewing the room on a large monitor, laptop or phone.

The result is a clearer room experience for you and your buyers.

Discuss room content in context

Comments are now available across more parts of the room, including content sections, images, videos, slide decks, meetings and Mutual Action Plan tasks.

This makes it easier for you and your buyers to ask questions, clarify details and keep conversations tied, and drive stakeholders' attention to the right part of the room.

Chat without leaving the page

Chat now opens as an overlay, so you and your buyers can keep the conversation going without navigating away from the page, meeting, file or task you’re reviewing.

This makes chat easier to access and keeps the conversation connected to the work happening in the room.

Navigate your room with links and @-mentions

The link element has been upgraded from a simple external URL block into a full navigation tool. You can now link to any destination inside your room – not just external websites – and use @-mentions to reference room destinations from anywhere you can type.

You don't have to add @-mention links manually. AI understands the full context of the room and can add relevant links automatically. For example, if you ask AI to list all deal stakeholders by company and role, it will generate the list and @-mention each participant automatically. You can also ask AI to write a room introduction that guides buyers through the key sections, with navigation links already embedded in the text.

Link to anything inside the room

When adding or editing a link element, you can now choose between an external URL and an internal room destination. Internal destinations include:

  • Pages and specific sections within a page

  • The Mutual Action Plan, or a specific milestone or task within it

  • Meetings, or a specific meeting

  • Files, or a specific file

  • Contracts

  • Update posts, or a specific post

  • The chat

Use @-mentions to reference room destinations inline

Type @ in any text element, chat message, comment, or MAP task to reference a room destination directly. This works for room participants as well as all the internal destinations listed above.

This makes it easy to point buyers to the right place without leaving the context you're working in – for example, referencing a specific contract in a MAP task, or linking to the pricing section directly from a chat message.

When you @-mention a participant, it opens an interactive contact card in context, where buyers can book a meeting, start a chat, or call that person without leaving the page.

Use cases

  • Guided intro page. Ask AI to write a room introduction explaining how to navigate the room. It will embed links to key tabs and sections directly in the text — useful for buyers who haven't used a Deal Room before.

  • Stakeholder overview. Ask AI to list all deal stakeholders by company and role. It @-mentions each participant automatically, and buyers can hover to open their contact card.

  • Chat replies. When a buyer asks about a specific topic, reply with an @-mention link to the relevant page or section. They click, they land there.

  • MAP task context. Add @-mention links in MAP task descriptions to content buyers should review before completing the task.

  • Proactive nudges. Notice a stakeholder hasn't visited a key page? Send them a chat message with a direct link and ask them to review it before the next meeting.

Customize the link element layout

The link element now includes additional layout controls:

  • Configure the CTA button to display with image, text, or both – in a left or right column layout

  • Set vertical padding to none, small, medium, or large

  • Stretch the element to full width

AI-generated update posts with navigation links

When AI generates an update post, it now compares the previous version of the room with the current one and automatically includes clickable links to the sections that changed – so buyers can get to what's new in one click.

Create resources with AI

There is now a new way to create a content resource. The previous "Create content resource from scratch" and "Create content resource from URL" options have been combined into a single AI-native creation flow.

When you create a new resource, you now start from a prompt. You can paste a URL, upload a file, add written instructions, or combine them. AI generates a structured content page from that input, scrapes the URL if provided, and automatically fetches available images from the page for you to choose from.

This uses the same AI engine as editing pages within a room, so the experience is consistent whether you're building content for your library or working on an active deal.

Configure templates from a redesigned Settings panel

The template editor includes a redesigned Settings panel, organized into General, Availability, Functionality, and Advanced tabs. From one panel you can set the room name and internal template name, choose the room language, control who has access, toggle which tabs and features are available to participants, and map the template to a room type.

Manage contracts inside the Deal Room

Contract templates can be curated directly inside the Deal Room template, so senders see only the contracts that belong in this room. From a published room, senders use a three-step wizard to populate contract details, assign recipients, and finalize the contract or keep working in the room.

What stays the same?

You can still create rooms manually, use templates and decide what gets published.

Admins can continue to manage templates and company knowledge. The upgraded experience simply gives you more ways to use that context with AI, so you can create and update rooms faster.

You stay in control of what gets shared with buyers.

If you're an Admin, head to Upgrade room experience to activate the new experience for your organization.
