When you create a Deal Room on the new AI-native experience, you can add extra context that helps GetAccept AI generate a room that fits the specific opportunity. Use this to feed in details the AI does not have access to on its own, such as notes from a recent call, a tone or style you want the room to follow, or specific pages and sections you want included.
Note: This feature is part of the AI-native Deal Room experience. If your entity has not opted in to the upgraded experience, the context field is not available on the create room step.
Where to find the context field
During the create room flow, the AI-native experience now includes a step where you can describe what the room is about. The field is part of the create room step and lets you add any extra context that should shape how the room is generated.
What to add in the context field
Anything that gives the AI more to work with for this specific room. Common examples include:
Notes from a discovery call or chat that you could not import directly. For example, a short summary of what the prospect said, their goals, or objections you want the room to address.
Tone or style for the room. For example, "Keep it concise, use formal language, focus on enterprise-grade reliability."
Specific pages or sections you want the AI to create. For example, "Add a section on the first page with 5 sales tricks" or "Include a comparison page against our main competitor."
Image URLs to use as visual content sources, such as a public press image or a product image from a vendor catalog.
Files with information that should inform the room content but were not part of the standard import.
Example context entries
A few starting points you can adapt to your own opportunities:
"Prospect mentioned during our call that procurement signs off on contracts above 50k EUR. Surface security and compliance content prominently."
"Tone: friendly and consultative. Avoid heavy product jargon."
"Add a section comparing our product to the incumbent solution they currently use."
"Use images from https://example.com/their-press-photos on the introduction page."
Best practices
Be specific. "Add a 5-point sales tricks section to the first page" is more useful to the AI than "make it good."
Lead with what the AI does not already know. If you have already imported call notes or a CRM record, do not repeat the same information in the context field. Use it for details that are genuinely new.
Combine context with other AI features. The context field works alongside the other AI tools in the upgraded experience, such as creating resources from a URL and AI-driven content suggestions.
Iterate after generation. The context field is the starting point. After the room is generated, you can still edit content, prompt the AI again, or add more resources.
Pro-tip: Treat the context field like a short brief to a colleague. The clearer the brief, the closer the first draft of the room is to what you actually need, and the less editing you have to do afterwards.
