Overview
Your profile contains your personal information and preferences used across GetAccept, including documents, Deal Rooms, and meetings.
From your profile, you can:
Update your personal details
Manage meeting and calendar links
Adjust account preferences
Change or reset your password
Access your profile
You can access your profile from the top-right menu in GetAccept.
Profile information
In your profile, you can update the following details:
First and last name
Email address
Title
Phone number
Short bio
Meeting link
These details are used across documents, Deal Rooms, and buyer-facing experiences.
Business Card information
Your profile information is used to automatically generate your Business Card in GetAccept.
The Business Card:
Displays your avatar and contact details
Is shown to buyers in Deal Rooms through the Sales Team widget
Updates dynamically as you edit your profile
Is saved only when you click Save
If you try to leave the page without saving, you are prompted to confirm.
Meeting link
You can add a personal meeting or calendar link to your profile.
This link is used when buyers choose to book a meeting with you from Deal Rooms or other buyer-facing views.
Account preferences
Some profile-related settings are grouped under Account Preferences, including:
Account language
App mode
Timezone
User role
These settings affect how GetAccept behaves for you but do not impact other users.
Language settings
You can change the language used in the GetAccept interface from your profile.
Supported languages include:
English
Swedish
French
Danish
Norwegian
Spanish
German
Portuguese
Dutch
Finnish
Password management
From your profile, you can change your password by providing your current password and setting a new one.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page using the Forgot password option.
