Display your contact information

When you create a Deal Room, GetAccept automatically generates your business card using the information from your personal profile.

  • Profile Image: Your 1:1 ratio avatar appears clearly to humanize the digital space.

  • Details: The widget pulls your name, title, and short bio directly from your settings.

  • Visibility: The contact card remains visible in the top bar of the Deal Room, providing easy access regardless of where the buyer is in the document.

Note: If you add collaborators to the room, their business cards appear alongside yours automatically.

Customize your Call-to-Actions (CTAs)

You can choose which contact methods you want to offer buyers for each specific room. These CTAs make it easy for prospects to move the deal forward.

  1. Book a Meeting: Connects to your calendar tool so buyers can schedule time in a single click.

  2. Call: Initiates a phone call on mobile or a FaceTime call on macOS.

  3. Message: Opens a direct message conversation for quick, real-time communication.

Pro-tip: You can hide specific contact details or CTAs for individual rooms if you want to limit how a particular buyer reaches out.

Add and manage collaborators

Collaborating on projects is easier when you invite teammates. You can control who assists behind the scenes and who is visible to the buyer.

  1. In your Deal Room, go to Settings > Collaboration to search for and add teammates.

  2. To choose who the buyer sees, click the Meet our team! dropdown in the room and select Customize team widget.

  3. Toggle the Visibility switch next to each name to show or hide their contact card.
