What the Sales Team Widget Is

Give buyers a clear, personalized way to reach the right people during a deal

The Sales Team Widget highlights your customer-facing team inside the Deal Room. It gives buyers a simple, familiar way to reach the right person at the right moment — without switching tools, digging through emails, or losing context.

Once enabled, the widget appears at the bottom of every page in a Deal Room and displays:

  • Your name and profile photo

  • Your short bio

  • Optional call-to-action buttons (Book a meeting, Call, Direct message)

  • Your calendar link (if added)

  • Your phone number (if enabled)

The widget is designed to build trust, reduce friction, and make your team more accessible throughout the buyer journey.


What the Sales Team Widget Enables

The widget makes it easy for buyers to:

  • Book a meeting directly in your calendar

  • Send a direct message if chat is enabled

  • Call you (if you choose to display your phone number)

  • Get to know you through your bio and profile photo

It provides personal connection without requiring buyers to navigate away from the room, helping accelerate deal momentum.


Customizing What Buyers See

Each collaborator can customize which elements of the widget appear for them.

To customize your widget:

  1. Go to any Deal Room where you’re a collaborator.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Customize team widget.

  3. Use the toggles to show or hide:

    • Book a meeting

    • Mobile phone

    • Direct message

  4. Click Edit your profile to update your personal details.

Your changes apply instantly and only affect your widget card.


Where Your Widget Information Comes From

The information displayed in the Sales Team Widget is pulled directly from your My profile settings in GetAccept.

You can find it here:

Settings → My profile

Everything you add or edit in My profile is what buyers will see, including:

  • Profile photo

  • Name

  • Job title

  • Email

  • Mobile phone number (only visible if you enable it in the widget)

  • Calendar link (used for the “Book a meeting” button)

  • Short bio (appears under your name in the widget)

This means your profile is the single source of truth for all personal details shown to customers.


If you want to change how your card appears, you should update your profile first.


Who Can Appear in the Widget

Any collaborator added to the room can appear in the widget.
Room owners and admins can choose which teammates to show or hide to keep the buyer experience streamlined.
