Updated today

A personalized Introduction Section transforms generic links into a branded workspace that reflects your buyer's identity. Use this section to engage customers immediately with tailored text and video to accelerate their time to value.

Enable the introduction section in your templates

To allow your team to use this feature, an admin must first activate it within the template settings.

  1. Go to Content, select Templates, and click Edit on the template you want to update.

  2. Click Settings in the top right corner of the editor.

  3. Toggle on Introduction Section.

Customize the section visuals

Styling the section to match your brand or your buyer's aesthetic ensures the Deal Room looks professional and high-end.

  • Background: Choose a solid color that matches your brand or upload a custom background image.

  • Layout: Select a structure that works for your content, such as Text + Media, Text Only, or Media Only.

  • Media: Upload static images, GIFs, or record a video introduction directly in GetAccept to welcome your buyer.

Pro-tip: Use transparent PNGs or GIFs for your media. These blend into the background color or image, making the section feel like a custom-designed website rather than a document.

Add buyer personalization

Use text and automation to make the Deal Room feel exclusive to your prospect without manual effort.

  1. Write a clear welcome message in the text field that communicates your core value.

  2. Use merge tags like Company Name to automatically pull in the buyer's information from your CRM.

  3. Adjust text colors to ensure they are easy to read against your chosen background image or color.

Note: Sales reps can click Upload buyer logotype during the room creation process. Displaying the buyer's logo alongside your own is the fastest way to signal a true partnership.

Edit the Sales Team widget

Personalizing the header and subtext of the team widget makes your outreach feel more human and approachable.

  1. Click on the Meet our team header to change the title to something custom.

  2. Update the description text to something more personal, such as "We're here to help you every step of the way!"

  3. Ensure your team profiles are complete so the Sales Team Widget displays accurate photos and contact details. To ensure your team profile is ready, go to My Profile and verify your profile picture and title are correct.
