Your profile powers your digital business card and meeting links across GetAccept. Keeping this updated ensures buyers can reach you easily and helps your team stay aligned.

Update your profile and business card

Your information automatically generates your Business Card in Deal Rooms. Ensure it looks professional before engaging with buyers.

  1. Click your name in the top-right menu and select My Profile.

  2. Add your Name, Title, Phone Number, and a Short Bio.

  3. Upload a 1:1 ratio photo for your avatar.

  4. Click Save.

Note: Changes update dynamically in the preview, but you must click Save to apply them. You’ll be prompted to confirm if you try to leave without saving.

Add your meeting link

To let buyers schedule time with you directly from a Deal Room, you need to add your personal calendar link.

  1. Go to the Meeting link field in your profile settings.

  2. Paste your link (e.g., Calendly or HubSpot).

  3. Click Save.

Pro-tip: Once saved, your "Book a Meeting" button will automatically appear on your Business Card in any Deal Room where it's enabled.

Adjust account preferences

Customize your interface and manage security settings to fit your needs.

  • Language & Timezone: Choose from 10 supported languages (like English, Swedish, or French) and set your local timezone under Account Preferences.

  • Security: Update your password in the Password Management section by entering your current and new password.

Note: If you’re locked out, use the Forgot password link on the login page to receive a reset email.
