GetAccept enables you to ensure that data that is found in custom objects may be utilized when working with our Microsoft Dynamics integration. You will be able to use the data in the following two ways:

  1. For template merge tags - allowing your templates to automatically fetch the correct data when creating a contract or deal room.

  2. For GetAccept pricing tables - allowing your pricing tables in GetAccept to populate with product data found in Dynamics that is in a custom entity

To enable this a GetAccept admin will need to do the following from the GetAccept integration in Microsoft Dynamics.

  1. Click Settings in the integration.

  2. Click Custom Dynamics Entity Configurations.

  3. Select Add custom entity relation.

  4. Select the Dynamics entity where you will be using GetAccept.

  5. Select the Dynamics entity's custom relations.

  6. Click save.

Note: Template merge tags that will be available in GetAccept from the custom entity will display in the format {{customentity.fieldname}}
