Overview

The Checkbox element allows users to select one or more options in the GetAccept Editor. It is commonly used to capture confirmations, agreements, or multiple selections from senders or recipients.

The Checkbox element is available wherever engagement fields are supported in the editor.


What you can do with the Checkbox element

With the Checkbox element, you can:

  • Add one or multiple checkboxes

  • Require users to confirm or select options

  • Assign checkboxes to senders or recipients

  • Control whether a checkbox is required or optional

  • Resize and manage checkboxes within an editor block


Multiple checkboxes

You can add multiple checkboxes within the same editor block.

Each checkbox can have its own label and requirement setting.


Assigning ownership

Checkboxes can be assigned to:

  • The sender

  • A specific recipient role

Only the assigned user can interact with the checkbox.


Required behavior

Checkboxes are required by default.

You can make a checkbox optional by turning off the required setting.


Managing checkboxes

Checkboxes can be resized, moved, locked, or deleted as your document content changes.
