Meeting Analytics Overview

Learn how Meeting Analytics provides visibility into who viewed your shared meetings, how many times, and for how long—helping you follow up confidently and maintain alignment.

Updated over a month ago

Meeting Analytics gives you clear insight into how shared meeting content is consumed inside a Deal Room. When a meeting is published and recipients view it, you can see exactly who engaged, how much time they spent, and whether key stakeholders opened the meeting at all. These insights help teams follow up more effectively and maintain momentum across sales cycles, onboarding, and project work.

What Meeting Analytics Shows

Meeting Analytics provides a complete overview of how recipients interact with a published meeting. The analytics include:

  • Total views — the total number of times the meeting has been opened

  • Unique viewers — how many distinct individuals viewed the meeting

  • Average time spent — the average time viewers spent on the meeting page

  • Viewer breakdown — a list of each invitee, whether they viewed the meeting, and how long they spent

These insights appear in Analytics → Meetings, where you can open a detailed view for each meeting.

Why Meeting Analytics Matters

Meeting Analytics fills a visibility gap that previously made it difficult to understand meeting engagement. Without these insights, teams had to rely on guesswork, intuition, or manual outreach to determine whether stakeholders had consumed important meeting content.

Meeting Analytics helps you:

  • Identify which stakeholders have viewed the meeting

  • Prioritize follow-ups based on engagement

  • Spot disengaged or silent stakeholders early

  • Strengthen multi-party alignment across deals or projects

  • Keep progress moving without uncertainty

This is especially valuable in sales cycles, onboarding workflows, internal handoffs, and cross-team collaboration.

Who Can Use Meeting Analytics

Meeting Analytics is available for any user sharing meetings inside a Deal Room.

Common users include:

  • Account Executives

  • Sales managers and team leads

  • Revenue Operations

  • Customer Success teams

External recipients cannot see analytics.
Analytics are visible to internal users only.

How Meeting Analytics Works

Meeting Analytics tracks:

  • Time spent on the meeting page

  • Whether a recipient opened the meeting

  • How many times they viewed it

  • Engagement across published meetings inside Deal Rooms

This applies to all meeting types, including:

  • Video meetings

  • Recordings

  • Transcript-only meetings

  • AI-generated summaries

Analytics are generated only after the meeting is published.

Limitations

  • Analytics appear in Analytics → Meetings, not inside the Meetings page

  • Only published meetings generate analytics

  • Time reflects the duration spent on the meeting page, not exact video watch time

  • Meeting Analytics is not accessible to external stakeholders
