The Settings panel allows you to control room details, availability, features, collaborators, and company branding. Each tab focuses on a specific set of configuration options so you can easily customize the Deal Room experience for your buyers.
Settings Tabs Explained
1. General
Adjust core room settings that impact the internal setup and participant reminder behavior.
Room name
Update the name of your Deal Room.
• Visible only to internal users
• Helps you organize and identify rooms
Value
Add an internal deal value for reporting and analytics.
• Only visible to you
• Used for internal statistics and forecasting
Reminders
Automatically notify invited participants who haven’t visited the room.
• Toggle reminders on/off
• Set initial reminder delay
• Set recurring reminder frequency
2. Availability
Control who can access the Deal Room and how secure the access needs to be.
Room access
Choose how participants enter the room:
• Allow anyone with a universal link
• Restrict to only invited participants
Use password protection
Add an optional password required for all external participants.
• Adds an additional security layer
• Password must be shared manually with participants
Unpublish room
Temporarily make the Deal Room inaccessible.
• Participants cannot view the room while unpublished
• Can be republished later
Delete room
Permanently remove the room.
• Cannot be undone
• All content and analytics will be deleted
3. Functionality
Enable or disable Deal Room tabs and features. Hidden features are not deleted—they’re simply not shown to you or participants.
Tabs
Toggle visibility of major room sections:

Features
Use this tab to simplify the buyer experience by hiding unused features.
4. Collaboration
Manage internal team members who help maintain the Deal Room.
Room owner
Shows the current room owner and allows reassignment.
Collaborators
Add internal users who can edit and manage the Deal Room.
• Collaborators have editing access
• Useful for multi-rep or cross-functional selling
5. Company
Configure buyer-facing branding for the Deal Room.
Search company
Look up the buyer’s company logo automatically.
Company URL and name
Validate or update details tied to the buyer organization.
Upload buyer logotype
Upload a custom logo if it cannot be found through search.
These settings personalize the room for your buyer and strengthen brand alignment.
When to Use Settings
Use the Settings panel when you want to:
• Update room information or internal values
• Adjust participant access or password requirements
• Enable/disable features to match your selling motion
• Add collaborators to support the deal
• Customize branding for the buyer experience
• Pause or delete the room
