Purpose

The Participant Engagement Score (PES) measures the activity level of each participant in your Deal Room over the last 30 days. It helps you quickly identify high-intent buyers and low-engagement stakeholders.


How PES Works

Score Range: 0–5

Calculated using activity signals from the last 30 days, including:

  • Visit frequency

  • Time spent reviewing content

  • Chat messages and comments

  • File interactions (uploads/downloads)

  • MAP activity

  • Inviting additional participants
