Purpose
The Participant Engagement Score (PES) measures the activity level of each participant in your Deal Room over the last 30 days. It helps you quickly identify high-intent buyers and low-engagement stakeholders.
How PES Works
Score Range: 0β5
Calculated using activity signals from the last 30 days, including:
Visit frequency
Time spent reviewing content
Chat messages and comments
File interactions (uploads/downloads)
MAP activity
Inviting additional participants
