Analytics Overview

Understand buyer engagement across your Deal Room at a glance.

The Analytics Overview gives you a high-level summary of your Deal Roomโ€™s performance โ€” showing who has visited, what they reviewed, and how engaged they are. It highlights key activity, intent signals, and trends so you can take informed next steps.


What You See in the Overview

The Overview contains a set of engagement cards surfaced from across Analytics. Each card represents a key signal buyers demonstrate in your Deal Room.


1. First Visits

Shows how many invited participants have entered the Deal Room at least once.

  • Metric: number of visitors / number invited

  • Timeframe: all time

  • Use it to: confirm whether key stakeholders have viewed the room

  • Click-through: none (static card)


2. Viewed Content

Shows how much of the shared content your participants have viewed.

  • Metric: % of pages visited

  • Timeframe: all time

  • Click-through: opens a per-participant breakdown in Content Analytics

  • Use it to: identify low-review deals or missing stakeholder alignment


3. Latest Sessions

Shows the most recent participant visits.

  • Details shown: participant name + timestamp

  • Action: link to Timeline for full chronological view

  • Use it to: monitor real-time activity and engagement spikes


4. Highly Engaged Participants

Highlights the participant(s) with the highest engagement score (PES) over the last 30 days.

  • Metric: PES (0โ€“5 scale)

  • Signals factored: repeat visits, review time, interactions, MAP activity, file actions

  • Use it to: identify champions and active buyers


5. Low Engaged Participants

Highlights participants with low recent engagement.

  • Metric: PES

  • Use it to: identify silent stakeholders, follow-up targets, or risk areas


6. Most Viewed Pages

Shows which pages receive the most total attention.

  • Metrics: time on page + total visits

  • Timeframe: all time

  • Click-through: link to Content Analytics

  • Use it to: validate which material buyers focus on most


7. Least Viewed Pages

Shows the pages with minimal or no interaction.

  • Metrics: time on page + total visits

  • Timeframe: all time

  • Use it to: identify content that may need restructuring or additional buyer guidance


8. Engagement KPI Summary

Room-level averages across all participants.

  • KPIs shown:

    • Average room visits per participant

    • Average time in content per participant

    • Average interactions per participant

  • Note: rooms created before March 1, 2025 may show N/A for some KPIs

  • Use it to: benchmark engagement across deals


9. Action Plan Summary (if MAP is enabled)

Summarizes buyer progress in the Mutual Action Plan.
Includes:

  • Completion rate (e.g., 2/33)

  • Completed tasks

  • Remaining tasks

  • Click-through: opens the full MAP view

Use it to:

  • Track deal progress

  • Surface blockers

  • Guide next-step conversations


How to Access the Overview

  1. Open your Deal Room.

  2. Click Analytics in the top navigation bar.

  3. The Overview tab opens automatically.


When to Use the Overview

Use the Overview when you need to:

  • Prepare for a meeting with stakeholders

  • Gauge overall deal momentum at a glance

  • Spot high-intent vs. low-engagement buyers

  • Identify which content is performing well or poorly

  • Review MAP progress (if enabled)

  • Decide whether to follow up, escalate, or adjust content
