The mobile experience is built to help you stay responsive when buyers engage. It’s designed mobile-first, so you can take action quickly, get notified in real time and keep conversations moving—wherever you are.
Only users who have access to Deal Room features will see the Deal Room tab in their mobile app.
Here's what you can do in the mobile app:
Publish or unpublish a Deal Room
Publishing controls whether participants can access your room.
Go to the Deal Room tab to view a list of rooms
Select the Deal Room
Select Publish to make it available to participants
Select Unpublish to take it offline
This makes it easy to manage availability directly from your phone.
View Deal Room analytics
The mobile app shows a concise overview of engagement so you can prioritise follow-up.
Use it to quickly understand:
whether participants have visited
how much of the content they’ve viewed
who appears most or least engaged
which pages are getting attention
In the mobile app you can see key engagement insights, including:
percentage of content viewed
number of invited participants who have visited
latest sessions
highly and low engaged participants
most and least viewed pages
For deeper analytics and reporting, you can switch to the web app.
Use the activity feed
The activity feed keeps you informed about what’s happening in your Deal Room, including:
participant visits
chat activity
other engagement events
This is especially useful when combined with push notifications, so you can react as soon as buyers engage.
Note: at the moment, only the room owner can access the activity feed or receive push notifications.

To start a 1:1 conversation from a Deal Room:
Open the Deal Room
Go to Participants
Select the participant
Start chatting

You can also chat with participants via the Chat tab, where you’ll find your Deal Room conversations.

Push notifications
Push notifications help you respond quickly when buyers engage.
You can receive notifications for:
room visits
new chat messages
comments and other activity
Make sure notifications are enabled for the GetAccept app in your device settings to get the full experience.
Manage participants
From the participant view in a Deal Room, you can:
view participant information
remove participants from the room when needed
