Understand Deal Room Analytics

Track buyer engagement and see exactly which content is capturing interest to know when and how to follow up.

Updated this week

Deal Room Analytics gives you a complete view of how your buyer interacts with your shared room. Instead of guessing if a prospect is interested, you can see which content gets the most attention, how engaged each participant is, and when key actions happen.

Access your insights

You can view performance data directly within any shared Deal Room.

  1. Open your Deal Room.

  2. Click Analytics in the top navigation bar.

  3. Switch between the tabs to explore different insights like Overview, Content, or Participants.

Track the right data

Each tab in your analytics dashboard solves a different question about your deal's progress.

  • Overview: See the big picture, including how many people have visited and the overall engagement score for the deal.

  • Content: Identify which specific pages or files buyers focus on most. This is perfect for spotting which parts of your proposal are being reviewed multiple times.

  • Participants: See a breakdown for every individual buyer. You'll see their personal engagement score and exactly how much time they've spent in the room.

  • Timeline: View a chronological list of every action, such as when a buyer joins the room, views a section, or leaves a comment.

Note: Use the Timeline to coordinate your next steps. If you see a buyer re-entering the room after a week of silence, it’s the perfect time to reach out.

Use data to drive follow-ups

Analytics are most powerful when they change how you sell.

  1. Review before meetings: See what the buyer looked at most recently to tailor your presentation to their interests.

  2. Identify high-intent buyers: Focus your energy on participants with high engagement scores.

  3. Refine your content: If buyers consistently skip a specific section, consider shortening it or making it more engaging.

Pro-tip: Don't wait for an email reply. If you see high activity on a specific pricing page in the Content tab, send a quick message to ask if they have questions about that specific investment level.
