Overview
Smart Content in GetAccept makes it easy to create and edit content using natural language prompts and available deal data. Instead of writing or updating sections manually, you can instruct the AI to generate, summarize, or rewrite content in seconds.
With Smart Content, you can:

Natural Language Editor
The Natural Language Editor allows you to update or generate section content simply by typing instructions. The AI uses available deal data to create relevant and personalized outputs.
Data Sources Used by AI
Editor Content: Existing text in the Deal Room or Contract.
Meetings Data (Deal Room only): Transcripts and notes provide context for summaries, business cases, and Q&As.
Buyer Data (Deal Room only): Industry, product, and company details (if the company is selected in room settings).
Seller Data: Information set by your admin in AI settings to represent your company and solutions.
The more context you provide (meeting transcripts, discovery notes, company details), the more accurate and relevant the AI-generated content will be.
How to Use the Natural Language Editor
Click Edit with AI in the top-left corner of a section.
Enter your prompt (e.g., “Summarize this page into 5 bullet points focusing on pain points and next steps”).
Apply changes:
To the whole section
To specific text elements (select elements first)
Choose which data the AI should use (e.g., meetings only for summaries).
Update with new deal data anytime using Update with AI.
Review AI suggestions in the modal.
Click Accept all changes and save to apply, or discard with the X.
Pro tip: You can also create new content from scratch. For example:
“Create a Q&A section with all seller questions and our answers”
“Generate a list of identified requirements so far”
Content Picker Revamp
The Add Content Picker has been redesigned to make adding sections and elements more intuitive.
Categories Available
Elements – Base building blocks (text, images, etc.).
Layouts – Pre-defined section layouts.
Forms – Custom fields for data capture.
Contracts (Deal Room only) – Add contract link elements.
Signature (Contracts only) – Add a signature element.
Resources – Browse and add existing resources from your entity.

These templates use a combination of structure and AI prompts to generate content automatically. If data is missing, placeholders will appear so you know what to add manually. The more data in your Deal Room, the fewer placeholders you’ll see.
