What Embeds Are
Embeds allow you to place interactive or live content from approved external platforms directly inside a Deal Room section. This allows you to share continuously updated content - like product demos, pricing sheets, or diagrams - without manually re-uploading files.
Supported platforms
To ensure security and a smooth buyer experience, GetAccept only supports specific validated platforms.
Currently Supported Platforms:
Google Workspace: Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
Design: Canva, Figma, and Ceros.
Demos & Diagrams: Storylane, Supademo, and Lucidchart.
Engagement: Consensus, Mentimeter.
Add an embed to your Deal Room
To add a live embed, you need a shareable link from a supported external platform.
Go to the specific section in your Deal Room where you want the content to appear.
Click Add element within that section.
Select Embed from the element options.
Paste your embed link from the supported platform into the field.
Click Add to finish.
Pro-tip: The content will display in an embedded frame immediately. If you update the source file (e.g., a Google Slide), the changes will reflect in the Deal Room instantly.
Manage your Deal Room embeds
You can easily reorder or remove embedded content to keep your Deal Room organized.
To move an embed: Hover over the embedded content and use the drag handle to reorder its position within the section.
To delete an embed: Open the three dots (⋯) menu on the embed element, click Delete, and confirm.
Understand the buyer experience
When a buyer opens your Deal Room, they can view and interact with the embedded content directly on the page.
What buyers can do: Buyers can scroll through documents, click through interactive demos, and always see the most recent version of your shared files.
What buyers cannot do: Buyers cannot edit your external source files, change the embed settings, or trigger AI content generation from the embedded data.
Note: Because the content is live, any changes you save in your external tool are visible to the buyer immediately without you having to hit "Publish" again in GetAccept.
Current Limitations:
Approved Sources Only: You can only embed content from the validated platforms listed above.
No Manual Sizing: Custom width and height adjustments are currently unavailable; the frame uses default dimensions.
AI Visibility: GetAccept AI Smart Content cannot "read" or analyze data inside an embed; it only understands text written in the editor.
Deal Rooms Only: Embeds are supported in Deal Rooms, but they are not available for use in Contracts.
