Enable permissions for GetAccept's Microsoft Dynamics integration

How to enable permissions for our Microsoft dynamics integration and how to troubleshoot possible issues.

To use the GetAccept Microsoft Dynamics integration correctly, it is required that the permissions are enabled.

Set Permissions

  1. Click on the settings menu (cog wheel), and then click on "Advanced Settings".

  2. Click Security.

  3. Click Security Roles.

  4. For all security roles that will be using the GetAccept Microsoft Dynamics integration, add the read permission "GetAccept Setting" and "GetAccept Setting 2".
    ​

  5. Start using GetAccept.

Troubleshooting

If the permissions are not correctly added to a security role for a user that is trying to use the GetAccept Microsoft Dynamics integration, they will receive the following error message in the integration.
