How to install the new version

When setting up the Pipedrive integration you must do the following.

Login to GetAccept and select settings. Then select integrations. Find Pipedrive and click settings followed by "Connect".

If you are already using the previous version of the GetAccept Pipedrive integration, you may be able to skip this step and simply use the new chrome extension.
Our new integration requires two additional privileges in Pipedrive compared to our previous integration, so if you're not sure, it is better to either reauthorize GetAccept or to go through this process again.

Note: This step requires someone who has admin rights in both Pipedrive and GetAccept.

Full setup:

Marketplace

Log in to GetAccept
In the upper-right corner, select settings from the dropdown
Select Integrations
Find Pipedrive and click settings
Click Connect
1. This will authorize GetAccept to work with your Pipedrive environment as well as ensure signed contracts are automatically sent to the Pipedrive object where GetAccept was used.
Click here and install the Chrome Extension
Log into Pipedrive and open a deal, company, or contact
Use your GetAccept credentials and login on to the right side

Previous GetAccept Pipedrive Customers

If you are already using the previous version of the GetAccept Pipedrive integration, you may be able to skip steps 1-5 above. It is important to note that our new integration requires two additional privileges in Pipedrive compared to our previous integration, so if you're not sure, it is better to either reauthorize GetAccept or to go through this process again.

In Pipedrive, you can confirm if GetAccept is already authorized correctly by going to your Marketplace apps.

Click the dropdown menu for "Digital Sales Rooms & eSignatures by GetAccept" and select "App Authorization".
If the permissions are as they are below, you don't need to reauthorize GetAccept. Simply download the new chrome extension and you and your team may begin using the new integration.

Testing the new integration

While you are transitioning your team to the new integration, note that you may continue to use the old version of our integration. You can find that chrome extension here.

Simply ensure that you and your team never have both chrome extensions enabled at the same time. Functionally the old integration will continue working as expected.

No longer supported

Please note that this version of the GetAccept Pipedrive integration does not support Google Docs or Word document integrations.
