Introduction
The pricing table is a new element that you can insert into your template editor. Combined with our Pipedrive integration, it is now possible to automatically populate Pipedrive product line item data into the GetAccept pricing table element in your template. By default all Pipedrive product line items will go to the first pricing table, if you want to map Pipedrive product line items to multiple pricing groups and pricing tables or use custom fields click here for the set up guide. Additionally, GetAccept offers broader integration capabilities such as the ability to automatically utilize Pipedrive product details and company properties across various GetAccept templates.
The end result is a clean, mobile-friendly way to present quotes to your customers. In this guide, we walk through the steps to set this up so that your users can easily start sending quotes. This integration also extends to using both product data and organization details from Pipedrive, enhancing the customization of GetAccept templates.
Setup
(Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have our GetAccept Digital Sales Rooms and Electronic Signatures for Pipedrive Chrome extension Version 1.10 or higher, that the integration has been connected from GetAccept by an admin, and that you have the pricing table feature enabled on your entity)
This setup will guide you through creating a template with a pricing table, specifying which data in Pipedrive will populate the pricing table, and finally performing a test send to ensure the final result is as you expect. Additionally, you can map Pipedrive product fields to GetAccept templates using merge fields for automatic data population, such as product name, description, and pricing.
