Overview of the Documents tab
The Documents tab serves as your central library for every file created in GetAccept. Here, you can monitor the status of your documents, including those that are currently active, drafted, signed, or expired.
Filter your document view
Filtering allows you to quickly locate specific files based on ownership or organizational tags.
Ownership Filters: At the top right, users can toggle between their own documents or those sent by their team.
Admin Access: Administrators have the additional ability to view every document sent by users across the entire entity.
Tag Filters: Use the tag filter to display only the documents associated with a specific organizational tag.
Perform bulk actions
Bulk selection allows you to manage multiple documents simultaneously to save time. To begin, select one or more documents from your list to reveal the action menu.
Bulk Delete: Move multiple documents to the Deleted tab. These files remain recoverable if you need to access them later.
Bulk Edit Expiration Date: Update the deadline for several documents at once. Note that if you wish to include a custom email message with the update, you must change the date from inside the individual document instead.
Bulk Download: Export multiple documents as a single ZIP file to your computer. You cannot download documents that are still in Draft status.
Bulk Edit Reminders: Send reminders for multiple active documents at once. Documents must have a set expiration date for reminders to be sent.
Bulk Tag Documents: Select multiple files and apply a tag to group them together for easier filtering.
Bulk Change Owner: Reassign several documents to a colleague. This action is only available for documents in Draft or Signed status.
Note: Change Owner is only available for documents in Draft or Signed status.
