What to do if you don't receive the reset email
If the password reset email doesn't arrive in your inbox within a few minutes, take these steps:
Check your spam folder: Password reset emails are sometimes marked as spam. Search your spam or junk folder for emails from GetAccept.
Verify your email address: Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your GetAccept account.
Request a new reset link: Return to the password reset page, re-enter your email address, and click Send reset link again. You can request as many reset emails as needed.
Contact your administrator: If you still don't receive the email or can't access your account, reach out to your GetAccept administrator. They can reset your password directly from the User Management settings.
What to do if the reset link expires
Password reset links are valid for 15 minutes. If you click a reset link after this time window, you'll see an error message indicating the link has expired.
To get a new reset link, return to the password reset page, re-enter your email address, and request a fresh link. The new link will be valid for another 15 minutes from the time you request it.
Administrator password reset
If you're an administrator and need to reset a user's password, you can do this directly from the User Management settings instead of waiting for the user to use self-service reset.
Log in to your GetAccept account as an administrator
Click your profile image in the top right corner
Select Settings
Click Manage Users
Find the user whose password you want to reset
Click the user's name or profile to open their details
Look for a Reset Password option or button
Click to send a password reset email to that user
The user will receive a password reset email and can follow the steps above to set a new password. Alternatively, some administrator interfaces allow you to set a temporary password directly.
