Adding Trale meetings to Deal Rooms
You can easily import meetings directly from Trale into GetAccept Deal Rooms. That means that transcripts, discussion notes and action points can be added and shared with stakeholders. This is a great way of creating a single source of truth for everyone involved in the deal, including your buyers.
To add Meetings from Trale, ensure the integration is connected, then head to a Deal Room. Check that the Meetings feature is enabled by going to your functionality settings.
Under the Meetings tab, you'll see the option to add a meeting. You can either add a meeting from Trale, or by creating it manually.
Choose the meeting you want to import. This will include the transcript, the participants who were in the meeting, meeting notes and next steps. Participants will be automatically connected to the people already in the Deal Room. If new participants are detected, you'll be able to easily invite them to the room.
Your GetAccept users will be mapped with your Trale users to ensure that each user only has access to their own meetings. You can only import meetings in which you are a participant, and which are not marked as private.
Good to know
Imported meetings are not automatically updated when changes are made in Trale.
