GetAccept allows you to localize your experience by setting specific languages for your individual profile, your entire organization, and your document recipients.
Set your personal profile language
Your profile language changes the buttons and menus you see when you are logged into GetAccept.
Note: We currently support English, Danish, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, and Finnish for the user interface.
Set the default Entity language
The Entity language acts as the standard setting for new users or anyone who hasn't chosen a personal language yet.
Go to Settings and select Entity Settings.
Choose the default language for your organization.
Click Save.
Language Detection for recipients
The signing page automatically adapts to the recipient’s web browser language.
If the browser language matches one of GetAccept’s supported signing languages, the signer will see all buttons, instructions, and prompts in that language.
Supported languages include:
English (US), English (UK), Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese.
If the browser language is not supported, the signing page defaults to English.
Set the language for a specific Deal Room or template
You can also set the language on an individual Deal Room or on a Deal Room template, separate from the entity default. This is useful when you serve customers in multiple languages from the same entity. The room language controls automated email language and AI-generated content language inside the room.
For details on the room and template settings, see Set the language for a Deal Room or template.
