Product images can come from:
The Product Library
Direct uploads in a pricing table
CRM or API-synced products
Product images from the Product Library
When a product has an image in the Product Library, that image can automatically appear in pricing tables where the product is used.
Product Library images:
Are reusable across documents and templates
Appear automatically when products are added from the Product Library
Can be overridden at the pricing table level without affecting the library
This makes the Product Library the recommended source for standard, reusable product visuals.
Displaying product images in pricing tables
Product images are controlled at the pricing table level.
When images are enabled:
Images can appear inside an existing product column
Images can appear in a separate image column
Image visibility and placement are configured using Product properties on the pricing table.
Adding images directly in a pricing table
Images can be added directly inside a pricing table without using the Product Library.
Directly added images:
Apply only to the current document or template
Do not update the Product Library
Are ideal for one-off proposals or custom visuals
This allows flexibility without changing shared product definitions.
Editing or removing product images in pricing tables
Product images can be changed or removed directly from a pricing table.
Changes made in a pricing table:
Apply only to that document or template
Do not affect the Product Library
