What product images are
Product images are visuals linked to products that display in pricing tables. They help recipients quickly recognize plans, add-ons, or physical items when reviewing a proposal or contract. Product images make pricing tables more visually engaging and professional.
Product images can come from three sources:
The Product Library (reusable across all documents)
Direct uploads within a pricing table (document-specific)
CRM or API integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Upsales
Product images from the Product Library
When a product has an image in the Product Library, that image automatically appears in pricing tables where the product is used. This is the recommended approach for standard, reusable product visuals.
Product Library images have these characteristics:
Are reusable across all documents and Templates in your entity
Appear automatically when you add products from the Product Library to a pricing table
Can be overridden at the pricing table level without affecting the library
Update everywhere automatically if you change the image in the library
To learn how to add or manage images in the Product Library itself, see Using the Product Library.
Enabling product images in pricing tables
Product image display is controlled via the column visibility settings in your pricing table. You can choose to show images or hide them entirely.
To enable product images:
Open the pricing table in your document or template
Click the **Column Visibility** button (usually in the table toolbar)
Find the **Show product image** toggle
Enable the toggle to display product images
Save your changes
Once enabled, any product with an image assigned will display that image in the pricing table. Products without images show a placeholder or blank space, depending on your settings.

Choosing image placement: inline vs. separate column
Once you enable product images, you can control where they appear in the pricing table. Images can be placed inline within the product name column or in a dedicated separate column.
Inline placement: Images appear inside the existing product column alongside the product name. This saves horizontal space and keeps the layout compact.
Separate column: Images appear in their own dedicated column. This gives images more visual prominence and works well on wider screens.
To change placement, go to the pricing table's **Column Visibility** settings and select your preferred layout. For detailed guidance on managing all pricing table properties, see Pricing Table Settings.
Adding images directly to a pricing table
You can add product images directly within a pricing table without storing them in the Product Library. This approach is ideal for one-off proposals, custom visuals, or document-specific imagery.
Directly added images:
Apply only to the current document or template
Do not update or affect the Product Library
Can be uploaded or pasted directly into the pricing table
Can be changed per document without impacting your product definitions
To add an image directly to a product row:
Click the product row in the pricing table
Look for the **Product Image** section in row settings
Click **Add product image**
Upload or select the image file
Save your changes
This approach gives you flexibility without changing shared product definitions in your library.
Product images from CRM integrations
If you use Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Upsales, product images can sync automatically from your CRM into GetAccept pricing tables.
When images come from your CRM:
They populate automatically when you add products from the CRM
They behave like Product Library images and can be overridden at the pricing table level
Changes to images in your CRM may sync to GetAccept (depending on your integration settings)
You can still manually override images in a specific pricing table without affecting the CRM
For CRM-specific setup details, see the pricing table articles for your platform:
Editing or removing product images
You can change or remove product images directly from any pricing table. Changes apply only to that document or template and do not affect the Product Library or your CRM.
To edit a product image:
Click the product row containing the image
In the **Product Image** section, click the current image
Replace it with a new image or remove it entirely
Save your changes
This lets you override library, CRM, or API images for specific uses without changing shared product definitions.
Image formats and sizing
Product images are displayed in a square (1:1) aspect ratio in pricing tables to ensure consistent layout and alignment. Images are automatically cropped to fit this ratio.
For best results, follow these image guidelines:
Format: JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, or WebP
Dimensions: Upload images at least 400x400 pixels for sharpness on all devices
File size: Keep under 500 KB for fast loading
Content: Use square or nearly-square images to avoid heavy cropping
Images display responsively on both web and mobile devices. On small screens, images scale down to fit the mobile layout while maintaining the square ratio.
Fallback behavior when no image is assigned
If a product does not have an image assigned, GetAccept handles the empty space gracefully depending on your settings.
When product image display is enabled but a product has no image:
The image cell appears as a light gray placeholder
The pricing table layout remains aligned and professional
You can still add an image later without restructuring the table
If you prefer not to show the empty placeholder, you can disable the **Show product image** toggle entirely in column visibility settings, which hides images for all products in that table.
Previewing product images
You can preview how product images appear to recipients by using the document or template preview mode. Preview shows the actual layout, sizing, and visual appearance of images without making any changes to product or pricing data.
To preview:
Open your document or template
Click the **Preview** button (usually at the top of the editor)
Review how images display in the pricing table
Check both web and mobile preview to ensure images look good on all devices
Exit preview to return to edit mode
Note: Preview mode is read-only. Any changes you want to make must be done in edit mode.
