How to Configure Optional & Variable Products for HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Upsales
Updated over a week ago

GetAccept supports optional and variable products in pricing tables for integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Upsales. This feature allows your customers to select optional products or modify quantities, directly updating your CRM.

Benefits

  • Optional Products: Buyers can choose to include or exclude these products.

  • Variable Products: Buyers can adjust the quantity of these products directly.

  • Automatic synchronization of changes made in GetAccept back to your CRM.

How to Enable Optional & Variable Products

HubSpot Integration

  1. Navigate to Pricing Table Profiles in your integration settings.

  2. Select an existing profile or create a new one.

  3. Within the pricing group, select Manage Group Columns.

  4. Enable Optional or Variable for the relevant pricing groups.

  5. Click Save.

Pipedrive and Upsales Integrations

  1. Open the GetAccept Chrome Extension in your CRM.

  2. Access Advanced Settings and open Pricing Table Profiles.

  3. Click Manage Group Columns within your chosen pricing group.

  4. Enable the Optional and/or Variable options.

  5. Save the profile to activate your settings.

Note: Custom rules can be used to determine exactly which products appear as optional or variable.

Understanding Optional & Variable Products

  • Optional Products: Allow recipients to select or deselect products when viewing the pricing table.

  • Variable Products: Allow recipients to adjust quantities directly in the document.

Synchronization Details:

  • Changes made by the recipient to optional or variable products automatically sync back to the respective CRM.

  • Non-optional and non-variable products are static and will not sync changes back to the CRM.

Testing Your Setup

  1. Create a test deal in your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Upsales).

  2. Add products marked as optional or variable to the deal.

  3. Send a test document via GetAccept to verify that recipient changes sync correctly.

Limitations and Considerations

Currently, only one pricing table per template supports synchronization with your CRM.

Tax fields from CRM line items are not supported for synchronization.
