Create a Workflow with HubSpot

We will create a simple workflow that creates a published Deal Room with GetAccept and adds up to two recipients that are linked to the HubSpot Deal.
Log in to your HubSpot
Select Worfklows from the Automation menu
Click Create workflow and select From Scratch
Select the trigger that will start the workflow
For testing purposes, let's select Manually trigger only
Select the HubSpot record (object) that the manual trigger workflow is working with
Note: Currently GetAccept actions are only supported for HubSpot's Deal object. We will enable additional objects in the short term
Configure your first action
Under Integrated apps, expand GetAccept
Select the Create Draft Deal Room action
This action creates a draft Deal Room from GetAccept
Enter Deal Room Name that should be used for the DR that created
Note: You can use available properties to define the name
Enter the Sender email for the document that will be sent
Sender email must be linked to an active GetAccept entity
Select GetAccept Entity to be used for the Deal Room
Select Template to be used for the Deal Room
Click Save
Click + below the Create Draft Deal Room action
From Integrated apps, select the Publish Deal Room action from GetAccept
If you don't wan't the Deal Room to be published, you can skip this step. Deal Room will be in draft state and available from the linked HubSpot deal for users to open, update, and publish manually.
Deal Room being published at this state will not include any external participants
Enter the Sender email used previously
Enter the Revision message

Click + below the Publish Deal Room action
Select Delay as the action
Select For a set amount of time for the Delay
Set a delay of at least 2 minutes
Click + below the Delay action
From Integrated apps, select the Add participants to Deal Room action from GetAccept
Up to two linked contacts from the HubSpot Deal will be added as participants to the Deal Room
Note: Participants & Collaborators can be added to the Deal Room manually from the integration as needed
Enter the previously used Sender Email
Select Deal Room ID property to use for the Deal Room ID field
Check Invite participants to add linked contacts from the HubSpot Deal that triggered this workflow
Only two linked contacts will be added as Deal Room participants
Check Send invitation email if you want invited participants to receive notification they have been added to the Deal Room
Click Save
Click + below the Add participants to Deal Room action
From Integrated apps, select the Get Deal Room Details action from GetAccept
This is to allow us to fetch details of the created & published Deal Room and to create a note or other follow up action in the workflow
Enter the previously used Sender Email
Select Deal Room ID property to use for the Deal Room ID field
Click + below the Get Deal Room Details action
Select the Create note action under CRM
This is an optional step, other actions could be selected instead
Fill out the desired note body and include variables from previous Actions Outputs
Click save and test the workflow
