What Embeds Are
Embeds let you place interactive or live content from approved external platforms directly inside a Deal Room section. This makes it possible to share continuously updated content—such as product demos, pricing sheets, diagrams, or documents—without recreating or uploading anything manually.
Embedded content displays inside the Deal Room, so buyers can view it without leaving the page.
Embeds are supported in Deal Rooms only (not Contracts).

How Embeds Work
When you paste a supported embed link into a Deal Room:
The content displays in an embedded frame inside the section
Updates made in the external tool appear instantly in every Deal Room where the embed is used
Sizing uses default width and height unless the platform defines its own
Buyers can interact with the content but cannot edit it
AI Smart Content cannot read embedded content (AI only understands editor text)
Embeds are visible to buyers as soon as the section is published.
Adding an Embed
To add a live embed to a Deal Room:
Go to the section where you want the embed to appear.
Click Add element.
Select Embed.
Paste your embed link from a supported platform.
Click Add.
The embed will display immediately in the section.
Managing Embeds
Move an embed
Hover over the embed.
Drag the handle to reorder it within the section.
Delete an embed
Open the embed’s ⋯ menu.
Select Delete.
Confirm deletion.
Buyer Experience
Buyers can view embedded content directly inside the Deal Room without leaving the page.
They can:
View, scroll, and interact with the embedded content
Access the latest version instantly
They cannot:
Edit the external document
Change the embed
View the source file outside what the embed allows
Trigger AI content generation from embedded content
Changes made in the external tool are reflected immediately for buyers.
