Embed Element in Deal Rooms

Use the Embed element to display live or interactive content from platforms inside your Deal Room.

Updated this week

What is the Embed element?

The Embed element lets you insert live or interactive content from external platforms into a Deal Room.
It helps you present up-to-date material such as decks, demos, or dashboards without uploading new files.

Supported platforms:

  • Google Slides

  • Google Docs

  • Google Sheets

  • Storylane

  • Supademo

  • Lucidchart

How to add an Embed element

  1. Open your Deal Room.
Go to your Deal Room and click Edit.

  2. Add a new element.
Click the + Add element button in the toolbar.

  3. Select Embed.
Choose Embed under the Media or Interactive section.

  4. Paste your embed link.
Copy the embed link from the supported platform (for example, Publish → Embed → Copy link in Google Slides) and paste it into the field.

  5. Save and preview.
Click Save, then use Preview to confirm that the embedded content displays correctly.

The element automatically adapts to the size provided by the source platform. If no size is specified, default dimensions are applied.

Example use cases

  • Embed a Storylane or Supademo product tour to create an interactive buyer experience.

  • Add a Google Sheet for live pricing, usage, or KPI data.

  • Include a Google Slides presentation or Lucidchart diagram to share visual context.

  • Maintain consistent, automatically updated content across all Deal Rooms.

Ideal for sales, enablement, and RevOps teams who want live content without extra maintenance.

Limitations

  • Only approved platforms can be embedded.

  • Admins cannot add new sources manually.

  • The element is available in Deal Rooms only, not in Contracts.

  • Some platforms automatically control size or aspect ratio.

  • Manual resizing or custom dimensions are not available.

  • Embedded content is not analyzed by AI Smart Content.

To keep every buyer interaction safe and seamless, we only support platforms that meet our security standards and perform flawlessly across all devices.

If you’d like to request support for another platform, contact your GetAccept representative. Requests are reviewed based on demand, security, and performance.
