Overview

Deal Room Analytics gives you a complete view of how your buyer interacts with your shared room — from first visit to final action.

This helps you identify high-intent buyers, know when to follow up, and improve your sales process over time.

Analytics Tabs Explained

Overview

See the big picture of how your room performs.

  • First visits – how many invited participants have entered the room.

  • Viewed content – percentage of content viewed.

  • Latest sessions – recent visitors and their activity.

  • Engagement scores – highlight your most and least active participants.

This helps you gauge overall interest and identify when it’s time to re-engage silent prospects.

Content

Understand which pages and files get the most attention.

  • Most viewed pages – which sections or slides buyers focus on.

  • Average time in content – how long each participant spends reviewing material.

  • Interactions – comments, reactions, and chat activity.

You can also expand Pages and sections to see detailed engagement — perfect for spotting which proposal areas or presentations capture attention.

Participants

Track individual buyer engagement.
Each participant has a full breakdown of:

  • Score – engagement level based on recent activity.

  • Viewed content – percentage of pages visited.

  • Time in content – total time spent exploring the room.

  • Interactions – comments, chats, and actions taken.

Use this to prioritize follow-ups and tailor your next conversation based on real data.

Timeline

Follow every activity in order — from creation to buyer interaction.
You’ll see when someone:

  • Joined or revisited the room

  • Viewed a specific section

  • Left a comment or message

  • Uploaded or downloaded files

The Timeline helps you stay on top of what’s happening in real time and coordinate next steps efficiently.

Best Practices

  • Review analytics before key follow-ups or meetings.

  • Identify which content drives the most engagement — refine low-view sections.

  • Use participant insights to personalize communication.

  • Keep an eye on the timeline for re-engagement opportunities.
