Updated today

Step 1: Go to Settings

Click on your profile image in the top-right corner, then choose Settings.
This opens the main workspace settings where you can update:

  • My profile

  • Branding (logo, colors, and room themes)

Step 2: Update your profile

Personalizing your My profile page helps recipients recognize you when receiving or viewing documents.

In My profile, you can:

  • Add your profile photo (shown in Deal rooms and email widgets)

  • Fill in your name, title, and contact details

  • Add a calendar link so recipients can easily book meetings

  • Write a short, friendly bio that builds trust

Your profile branding appears in the sales widget of Deal rooms and emails.

Step 3: Brand your entity

From the left menu, select Branding under Entity settings.
Here you can customize how your company looks to customers.

Upload your company logo

  • Use SVG or PNG (under 100 KB) for best results

  • Recommended size: 200–300 px wide

  • The logo appears in the signing page, Deal rooms, and document headers

Create or edit a theme

You can either:

  • Click Create new theme to build one from scratch

Customize:

  • Theme color and button styles

  • Fonts and heading colors

  • Background color or image

  • Use Preview theme to see changes before saving

Themes define the look of your Deal rooms, participant lobbies, and document backgrounds.

Step 4: Customize your participant lobby

At the bottom of the branding page, you’ll find the Participant lobby preview.
Here you view the welcome page that viewers see before entering a Deal room.

  • Your logo and colors

  • A custom background image

  • Optional fields for name, title, or company

This ensures the first impression of your brand matches your tone and style.

Step 5: Edit section and block presets

For finer control over your Deal room design, scroll down to Section and block presets.

These presets define how your document sections look inside Deal rooms.

  • Click Add new preset

  • Choose between Transparent or Fill background

  • Customize:

    • H1 / H2 colors

    • Text and subheading color

    • Pricing table bar background and text colors

    • Input field colors

    • Divider colors

Presets are a great way to keep your Deal room visuals consistent with your brand identity.

Step 6: Save and preview

Click Preview theme to review your updates.

When you’re happy, click Save theme — and your branding will instantly appear across:

  • Document signing pages

  • Deal rooms

  • Sales team widgets
