Using Product Images in Pricing Tables

Learn how to add, display, and manage product images across your Product Library, Pricing Tables, and recipient view.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Important Notice

When adding an image to a product in the Product Library, existing documents using that product will not update automatically.

  • Only when you add the product again to a new document will the image appear.

  • If you add images to products already used in templates, the images will only show up when the template is used in new documents.

  • Existing draft documents will not be updated automatically when product images are added later.

Solution:
To make the image visible, remove and re-add the product to your document, or create a new draft from the updated template.

How It Works – In the Editor

To enable product images in your pricing tables:

  1. Go to your document and open the Pricing Table element.

  2. Open Show/Hide Pricing Group Items in the table settings.

  3. Toggle Product Image to ON.

When activated, your product images will appear inside the pricing table.
If turned OFF, the images will remain hidden, even if they exist in the Product Library.

Adding or Updating an Image in the Pricing Table

  • Click the empty image placeholder in the product row, or

  • Use the row’s context menu and select the Upload Image icon.

This opens a modal where you can select and insert your image.

Name Column

When enabled, the Product Image appears in the Name column of the Pricing Group.
If no image exists, an empty placeholder will be displayed.

How It Works – Product Library

You can add, crop, and manage product images directly in the Product Library.

Adding Images to Products

  1. Go to Products in the left-hand menu.

  2. Open the product side sheet.

  3. Click Add Image.

You can upload images from:

  • Your desktop

  • Stock image library

  • Image URL

  • Brandfolder integration

Available Image Actions

Each product image includes three CTAs (call-to-actions):

  • Crop – Opens a dedicated crop side sheet to adjust image framing.

  • View/Expand – Opens a modal with a larger image preview.

  • Remove (X) – Deletes the image from the product.

How It Works – Recipient View on Signing Page

Recipients viewing a pricing table will see product images as small thumbnails next to each item.

  • Clicking an image opens it in lightbox mode for a larger preview.

  • In the signed PDF, images are displayed as thumbnails to ensure printability.

  • The lightbox feature is available only in the digital version (not the PDF).

Summary

Adding product images enhances clarity and visual appeal for your recipients.
Keep in mind that:

  • Images don’t retroactively update in existing drafts.

  • Product and pricing table images sync only when added after image upload.

  • Thumbnails ensure professional presentation both online and in print.
