The BCC for Customer-Facing Emails feature allows you to automatically BCC one or more email addresses on all outgoing customer communications sent from GetAccept. This is especially useful for archiving purposes or keeping your CRM in sync with every customer interaction.
What Emails Will Be BCC’d?
When enabled, the BCC applies to the following types of emails sent from Contract Room documents:
Sign email for recipient
Notification emails
Expiration notices
Document updates
Document recalls
Send document emails
Reminders
Note: This functionality is currently only supported for Contract Room (CR) documents.
How to Set Up BCC
Go to Settings in the top-right corner of your GetAccept account.
Navigate to Document Settings > Advanced.
Find the Global BCC field.
Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated) that should be BCC’d on all outgoing emails.
Click Save.
That’s it! From now on, every customer-facing email sent from GetAccept (Contract Room only) will include the specified BCC recipients.
