Enable GetAccept's Custom Objects in HubSpot

Sync GetAccept buyer data from your Deal rooms and contracts into HubSpot in real-time

Updated today

Introduction

GetAccept’s Deal Room and Contract data now syncs in real time into HubSpot via custom objects.

Every time someone views, interacts with, or signs a document or Deal Room, that information is stored in HubSpot and continuously updated, giving you a crystal-clear picture of buyer behavior right inside your HubSpot CRM, and unlocking powerful workflows, more accurate reporting, and enhanced use of HubSpot's Breeze AI Copilot (which now has access to GetAccept’s rich buyer engagement data).

Setup

To enable GetAccept's custom objects, new customers will need to enable the feature when connecting GetAccept to their HubSpot environment. Existing customers will need to reconnect their existing connection and enable the feature.

Note: This feature is only available for GetAccept & HubSpot Enterprise customers.

How to connect GetAccept to HubSpot and enable Custom Objects

  1. Under the tab All integrations or CRM scroll down to find the HubSpot integration

  2. Select Connect

  3. Click the "Enable GetAccept sync with new custom objects in HubSpot" toggle.

  4. Click on the button Connect again

  5. You should be prompted to connect to the GetAccept app via a new tab. Please choose which account you would like to connect to.

    1. Required HubSpot scopes shown below.

  6. Going back to https://app.getaccept.com/settings/integrations and opening HubSpot settings, you should see your hub-id and the email address of the user who connected your account.

  7. All contracts and Deal Rooms sent from HubSpot now will be saved in GetAccepts custom objects in HubSpot and updated in real-time as updates occur. Note, for existing customers, that any contracts and Deal Rooms sent prior to the feature being available will only be available in the custom object if an update occurs to that contract or Deal room after this feature was activated. This means that the data for those contracts and rooms won't be complete.
