We’ve added two powerful updates to the GetAccept Pricing Table to make quoting more transparent and flexible for you and your customers.
1. Tax Breakdown by Percentage
You can now display a detailed tax breakdown by percentage rates in the pricing summary.
What does this mean?
If you’re quoting multiple products with different tax rates, for example:
Product A: 25%
Product B: 12%
Product C: 6%
You can now show how much of the total tax comes from each rate directly in the pricing summary. This helps your customer clearly understand how the total price is calculated.
Optional additions:
Base subtotal (price before tax)
Individual tax amount per product
Total tax amount
Combined subtotal (subtotal + tax)
2. Summarize Numeric Product Properties
If you use numeric product properties, like number of hours, weight, quantity, or included service units, you can now automatically summarize these in your pricing table.
Example:
Let’s say you offer free onboarding hours:
Product A: 5 onboarding hours
Product B: 3 onboarding hours
In the pricing summary, you can now show the total = 8 onboarding hours. This helps clearly communicate included services or totals across product packages.
How to set this up:
Make sure your product includes a number-type product property
Go to the pricing table, find the property under a pricing group.
Click “Add to summary”.
That’s it! The value will appear below your product list in the pricing group summary.
Why This Matters
These new features help you:
Deliver clearer pricing to your buyers
Show added value (like hours or included services)
Save time by avoiding manual adjustments
You can combine these enhancements with your existing product setup and branding to create a more complete and professional quote.
