Configure entity branding

Establish your company’s visual identity across all documents and Deal Rooms to ensure a consistent, professional brand experience.

Updated yesterday

We understand it’s hard to maintain brand consistency when many different users are creating Deal Rooms and sending contracts. For Admins, the goal is to create a branded environment that your sales team can step into. By setting these global defaults, you ensure every touchpoint feels like it's coming from your company rather than a third-party tool.

1. Access Your Branding Settings

Click on your profile image in the top-right corner, select Settings, and then navigate to Branding under the Entity settings menu.

2. Upload Your Company Logo

Use the search bar or click the Upload image button to add your company logo. For the best results, use an SVG or PNG format under 100 KB, ideally 200–300 pixels wide. This logo will appear on signing pages, document headers, and within your Deal Rooms.

3. Create your room theme

Under Room branding, click Create new theme to customize your visual style.

  • Theme color: Choose a primary color that will apply to UI elements and buttons like the Invite or Link buttons.

  • Fonts: Select your preferred fonts for headings (H1 and H2) and Body text.

  • Backgrounds: You can choose a solid color, a gradient, or upload a high-
resolution background image (recommended 3840x2160 px).

4. Customize the participant lobby

Scroll down to the Participant lobby section to brand the very first page your buyers see before they enter a room. You can choose between a single or two-column layout and add a custom background image to match your brand's tone.

5. Save and Preview

Click Preview theme to see your changes in action before hitting Save.

Branding changes apply instantly to all active Rooms and Contracts. For fully signed documents, the branding from the time of signing is preserved to maintain the integrity of the original agreement.
