Overview
GetAccept takes your Zoom meetings to the next level by integrating them directly into Deal Rooms. This means you can import recordings, notes, and action points from Zoom, helping buyers and sellers stay aligned with one shared source of truth.
Important: The connection needs to be set up by someone who is both an admin of Zoom and an admin of the GetAccept entity.
How to connect GetAccept to Zoom
Go to GetAccept Integrations.
Under the All integrations or Engage tab, scroll down to find the Zoom integration.
Select Connect.
Click Connect again when prompted.
You’ll be redirected to Zoom to authorize GetAccept. Click Allow.
Return to GetAccept Integrations and open Zoom settings. You should now see that the connection is active.
Once connected:
Buyer events from your Contracts and Deal Rooms will be automatically logged.
Zoom meetings can be imported directly into your Deal Rooms.
Adding Zoom Meetings to Deal Rooms
You can easily bring in your Zoom meetings—including recordings, transcripts, and participants—into GetAccept Deal Rooms.
This creates a single source of truth for everyone involved in the deal, including your buyers.
Steps:
Open a Deal Room and make sure the Meetings feature is enabled in Functionality settings.
Go to the Meetings tab.
Click Add meeting → select Import from Zoom.
Choose the meeting you want to import. This will include:
Participants
Meeting recordings
Transcripts (if enabled in Zoom)
Notes and action points
Participants will automatically be matched with people already in the Deal Room. If new participants are detected, you can invite them directly.
