How to view the document sent to you via Email

Click on the email
Click on View Document
Once the document opens in a new tab, you will be able to view it and take any necessary actions, like download, print, share, comment, or sign.

How to view a document sent to you via hyperlink

When you receive a document via email, you will normally see a hyperlink to click on, but in some cases, they might also send a thumbnail link that you can click to open the document. It will look similar to the below image.

Click on the hyperlink or thumbnail image and it will open in a new tab within your browser.
Once opened, you will be able to view it and take any necessary actions, like download, print, share, comment, or sign.

When you receive a document via SMS, you will see a text message in your phone messages that looks similar to the below image.
