Updated this week

Once you have connected to Google Docs and have your GetAccept > Documents and Templates folders in your Drive, you can create templates using the Google Docs documents in that folder.

How to import a Google Docs Template from your Google Drive

  1. Go to your Content Library.

  2. Click on the Google Drive symbol in the upper right corner within your library.

Note: You need to have access to the template folder in your Google Drive to be able to add documents and sync them to your content library.

If you do not have access, Google will prompt you to request access from the admin who has set up the Google Docs integration. Once access is requested and granted, you can proceed with the steps above.

How to edit a Google Docs Template

  1. Go to your Content Library.

  2. Open your Google Docs Template.

  3. To begin editing, click on the Google sync button above the first page of the template.

  4. A new window will open, allowing you to start editing your template.

This editor is almost identical to the one in Google Docs. You can make changes directly in the editor or choose to open it in a new tab, redirecting you to your Google Drive.

Once you are done with your updates, click on the Save button in your GetAccept window in the bottom right corner.
