Connecting Salesforce to GetAccept Automation allows you to automate workflows between the two platforms, ensuring your customer data and documents stay in sync.

Access GetAccept Automation
Before you can connect Salesforce, you must have an active GetAccept Automation subscription and an email invitation to the platform.
Follow the link in your invitation email to create your account and log in.
βClick your profile image in the top-left corner and switch from My Workspace to your company's dedicated workspace.

Note: If you don't see your company workspace or have trouble logging in, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team for help.
Find the Salesforce connector
To locate the Salesforce integration tools, you need to head to the connections area of your workspace.
Go to Projects and select Connections from the menu.
βLocate the Salesforce connector within your project folder and click it to open the setup view.
Connect your Salesforce account
Once you open the connector, you will need to provide your Salesforce credentials to link the two systems.
Enter your Salesforce Username, Password, and Security Token into the connection fields.
Note: If you don't have a Security Token, you can generate a new one within your Salesforce personal settings under Reset My Security Token.
Click Authorize to allow GetAccept Automation to securely access your Salesforce data.
βCheck the connection status to ensure it shows as "Connected" or "Active."
Troubleshooting common connection issues
If the connection doesn't go through immediately, check these common Salesforce settings.
Invalid Credentials: Double-check that your Security Token is appended to your password or entered in the specific token field provided.
Permission Errors: Ensure your Salesforce user profile has API Enabled permissions turned on in Salesforce.
Reconnecting: If the sync stops working later, go to the Connections tab in GetAccept Automation and select Reconnect to refresh the link.
