How to preview the document

  1. Click on the eye symbol at the top

  2. The document preview will open up in a new tab

How to edit the expiration date for a sent document

  1. Click on the calendar symbol

  2. Select the date and adjust the time if you want to

  3. Also select if you want to inform the recipients that the expiration date has been updated

  4. Confirm by clicking on Save

You can also update the document settings in the tab Document settings

Update deal value

  1. Click on the field Deal value

  2. Enter the new value

  3. Done!

How to edit reminders on a sent document

  1. Click on the tab Document settings

  2. Here you can toggle on/off automatic reminders and adjust the time interval for sent reminders
