Send email reminder, SMS reminder, Video reminder and edit reminder settings

How to send out an email reminder on a sent document

  1. Go to the active document.

  2. At the bottom, just above the recipient(s), click on Send reminder

  3. Choose "Send email reminder".

  4. Choose who shall receive the reminder.

  5. Click "Confirm".

  6. Done!

  • In our web app on the desktop, you can do that from either the Dealboard if it's a sales document or the document summary via the document action menu.

How to manually send out an email reminder from the Dealboard

  1. Go to your Dealboard on the left-side menu

  2. Press the action menu that looks like three small dots on the right for the document you want to send a reminder on

  3. Choose "Send reminders".

  4. Choose "Send email"

  5. Choose who shall receive the reminder.

  6. Click "Confirm".

  7. Done!

How to send out an SMS reminder on a sent document

  1. Go to the active document.

  2. At the bottom, just above the recipient(s), click on Send reminder

  3. Choose "Send SMS Reminder".

  4. You can change the message to personalize it (up to 230 characters).

    You will see to the right what the text message will look like for the recipient.

  5. Verify so that the phone number is correct.

  6. Hit "Send".

  7. Done!

You can also click on the specific recipient's three dots and choose

Contact recipient -> Send SMS.

How to send a Video Reminder on a sent document

  1. Open the document you want to send a video reminder on.

  2. At the bottom, just above the recipient(s), click on Send reminder

  3. Choose "Send video reminder".

  4. A prompt will then ask you to start the camera. Click on it and record your video.

  5. If you're not happy with the video, you can re-take it or use the one you made.

  6. Add an email message to the reminder and then send it.

  7. Done!

How to change the interval for automatic reminders on a sent document

  1. Click on the Document Settings tab

  2. Edit how you want the automatic reminders to be sent out

  3. Click "Save" when done!

How to turn off automatic reminders on a sent document

  1. Click on the Document Settings tab

  2. Toggle OFF Automatically send reminders

  3. Click "Save" when done!
