How to upload a document to your Archive

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Click on +Add new

  3. Select Upload document

  4. Select your file

  5. Fill in all the fields and set the document type

  6. Click on Upload

  7. Done!

How to download your signed documents in your archive

Please note!

You can only download 100 signed documents at a time

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Tick in the checkbox on the documents you want to download. You can also download all by clicking on the top checkbox to mark all and download from there.

  3. Done!

If there are more pages with signed documents within the archive, you need to go to each page and download all from each page.

How to move a document to a folder in the Archive

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Tick in the checkbox on the documents you want to move to a folder

  3. Select Move in the menu that will appear below

  4. Select the folder you want to move the document to

  5. Click on Move when you are done

How to delete a document in your Archive

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Tick in the checkbox on the documents you want to Delete

  3. Select Delete in the menu that will appear below

  4. Confirm by clicking on Delete

How to create a folder in the Archive

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Click on +Add new

  3. Click on Create folder

  4. Add a name

  5. Click on Save

How to edit and delete a folder in the Archive

  1. Go to Archive

  2. Click on the three dots in the folder you want to manage

  3. Click on Edit to change the name and Delete to fully delete it

Please note!

The folder needs to be empty before you can delete it
