How to add a new recipient on a document that has been sent, now with the option to add an authorization method.

How to add a new signer or viewer on a document that has been sent

  1. Go to the active document.

  2. Click on the button "Add recipient"

  3. Fill in the new recipient´s information

  4. Select which role you want the recipient to have

  5. Select Add if you want to send it per email right away or Share document link, which will generate a link you can send to the new recipient through your own email provider.

  6. Done!

You will see the new recipient added to the recipient list and the activity update under the tab Timeline.
